The Sole Sole' Story

Hello! I am a children's footwear designer with a degree from New York's Fashion Institute of Technology. I recently returned from 10 years of living in Europe (Barcelona and Paris), where I worked in marketing and design in the kid's shoe business.

While living and travelling extensively in Europe, I saw the most beautiful kids shoes imaginable, but when I would return home and look for something similar, I could hardly find anything! When I did find European shoes in a boutique, they cost $90, or more. And when I found shoes for $50-60, they just weren't the same.

So I decided to do my own collection priced mostly around $49-59, which I gave the name Sole Sole', loosely translated as "sunny soles."

My shoes are 100% Made in Italy, home of the world's finest shoe craftsmen.

They have features including:

* fine leather uppers and linings - important for breathability
* flexible, cushioned, non-slip soles - great support and comfort
* anatomical footbeds w/ arch support - more support and comfort
* careful finishing and detailing

I am a professional fitter and can discuss with you how shoes are made and how to get a proper fit. I am used to figuring out the right size, even if the child is not present. Just call or send in his or her foot measurements (length in inches from back of heel to longest toe) or a tracing. I know the exact interior dimensions of each shoe in each size.

I accept returns and exchanges on new shoes.
