The cost is $5.50 for the first pair (or $4.50 if you ship to a business address), and 50c for each additional pair shipped at the same time. We'll use USPS for ground shipments to rural zip codes because Fedex charges $2 more for shipping to rural zip codes (except AK and HI, which are more). Returns and Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges on unworn shoes (ie. in new, resaleable condition). No charge for second shipment on exchanges. We include a return / exchange form and return shipping label for your convenience. You may re-use the original packaging by removing the old labels (save a tree and save time!) Sorry, original shipping charges are not refundable on returns. Please try on indoors first, so you can be sure of your purchase. Sorry no returns on Brannock devices. Please respect the time limit of 2 weeks from receipt (or 3 weeks from shipment). Be sure to send your package with tracking and insurance - we cannot be responsible for packages not received.
