Low-cost shipping/Easy returns
FREE SHIPPING (ground, continental USA only) when you purchase 2 or more regular priced pairs or Brannock devices with a minimum value of $78, and keep at least one. (Ground shipping cost will be deducted from refunds in the event of a complete return.) Use coupon FREESHIP78 at checkout.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex or UPS Ground (the most economical way), usually from the midwest. The cost is approx $6.50 for the first pair, and 50c for each additional pair shipped at the same time.
Processing time (before shipment) is often same (business) day, otherwise next day, occasionally 2nd day when order volume is high or stock is in transit.
Ground shipping time can be anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on your distance from the warehouse (usually but not always the midwest), but is not date-specific. We can't guarantee the shipping time with Ground service - it can occasionally be longer, but of course you will have a tracking number. If you need date-specific shipping, please use 2-day or faster shipping.

Fedex/UPS/USPS 2 Day: about $15
International shipping:
Please note that payment terms for international orders, other than UK or Canada, are Paypal or money order or Western Union wire transfer only. No credit cards, except for UK and Canada. Sorry, this is due to the refusal of credit card processors to accept charges from outside the US/UK/Canada.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn shoes and fitting devices (ie. in new, resaleable condition). No charge for second shipment on exchanges. We include a return / exchange form and return shipping label for your convenience. You may re-use the original packaging by removing the old labels (save a tree and save time!) Sorry, original shipping charges are not refundable on returns.
Please try on indoors first, so you can be sure of your purchase.
Please respect the time limit of 2 weeks from receipt (or 3 weeks from shipment). Be sure to send your package with tracking and insurance - we cannot be responsible for packages not received.
